Bizhan Tong is the founder and CEO of Phoenix Waters Productions. Earning a Maths degree at Manchester he became the youngest MBA student in the UK at 21 for which he graduated with Distinction. Bizhan has been actively involved in film from a very young age, launching a DVD business at 14 while studying at Highgate and writing screenplays since the age of 12, his passion for the medium emerging at 5. He wrote, produced, and directed the short film Ticket, earned his first feature producing credit at 20 on the award-winning Fix starring Olivia Wilde, and most recently wrote, directed, and produced The Escort. Bizhan has a background in finance and is also the founder of Phoenix Waters Ltd which owns an online dating platform. He is a keen philanthropist and sits on the committee of Variety the Children’s Charity as well as the local advisory board of Career Ready helping children across the UK. He co-leads the gender diversity pillar at Barclays Wealth in which his remit has expanded to the Private Bank, and was part of the team which created the impact investing fund. Bizhan intends to use his background and expertise to fuse the analytical and creative in an effort to tell powerful stories for a global audience and craft meaningful social change in the process, while ensuring our fiscal responsibilities are met.

Jeff is the CEO of Balanced Boards and is an Angel Investor. Jeff is one of the top sales leaders in London and has held senior executive sales positions with software providers including IBM both within the financial services and asset management sectors. Jeff was nominated for the Lifetime Achiever Award for The Excellence in Diversity Awards 2016 in recognition of his work in championing equality and diversity in areas not known for inclusion previously.

Aimée Anderson is a film and brand marketing specialist having worked in communications for almost 20 years. She founded Aimée Anderson and Associates Ltd (AAA) in 2016 – an agency which specialises in helping brands create unbranded content through pioneering entertainment Partnerships in film and television, where brand partners turn their sponsorship budgets into equity investments. The company’s first film partnership with HP is the movie MANTO, directed by Nandita Das, which is in this year’s Un Certain Regard. Prior to AAA, Aimée enjoyed an eight-year tenure at film and television international PR agency, DDA, where she held a seat on the board and became Managing Director having founded the company’s first brands division, working with revolutionary global Consumer Brands including: Electrolux; HP; Lexus; RedBull and Swarovski, that used film as a ground-breaking approach to consumer engagement in a digital age. She started her career at global PR agency Porter Novelli.

Fiona François is an LA based business networking entrepreneur, balancing her roles as Chief of Staff at a world leading Fin Tech company along with being the President of the British American Business Council LA chapter. She specializes in connecting UK and LA based entrepreneurs and members of the creative industries to collaborate across the Atlantic. She created the BritWeek Business Innovation Awards as an annual celebration of this endeavor where the 2018 award recipients included Richard Curtis, Gordon Ramsey and Arianna Huffington. Before transitioning in to her current roles Fiona spent 12 years in the British Civil Service working across numerous Government Departments including The Treasury, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, The Department for International Development and The Department for Business.
